The problem is that windows 10 is making anything under program files or
program files (x86) read-only.
Several options... 
1. reinstall to a location not under one of the program files directories
2. turn off uac, I 'think' that will work on 10 but not sure, you may still
have to do one of the others.
3. change the shortcut to 'run-as administrator'
4. change the protections on the CwSkimmer directory and files in it to
allow writing by your account.

I recently moved CW Skimmer and Aggregator for the W0LFA RBN node to a new
PC, this one running Windows 10. The old PC was running Windows 7.

I am now getting an "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application"
error from Microsoft .NET Framework when launching Aggregator. It says
"Access to the path C:\Program Files
(x86)\Afreet\CwSkimmer\AggregatorLog.txt is denied"

If I hit Continue, Aggregator will launch and work however I need to
re-enter my Callsign, Spot Filters, etc. each time I launch the program.

What's wrong with my setup? Did I miss a step?
