[Skimmertalk] Aggregator 4.11 includes KH6RS

Should not be a problem.

If a spot is identified as an NCDXF beacon the search in beacons.csv is 
irrelevant.

I did a search for KH6RS on reversebeacon.net and the spots returned say 
NCDXF.  So I think the fixed worked.
