Hi Matt - I'm copying the rest of the RBN teamso they can add comments 
if they wish, but I doubt this is practical. The biggest hurdle would be 
the need for a network of receivers positioned to hear the CW queries 
you propose, each with Internet connections to the server, as well as 
the ability to transmit the results of the queries automatically.
