[Skimmertalk] Softrock Ensemble II 3khz too high

Hi,

 

I am a skimmer newbie. I moved an Ensemble II from one computer to another,
installed the same drivers, CW skimmer, Aggregator, but my the spotted
frequency is 3 khz higher. Ideas?
