Correction, it looks like *you* can monitor seven segments. Looking at this
link <http://www.reversebeacon.net/nodes/detail.php>, under JF2IWL I see:

1800~1830
1900~1920
3500~3530
7000~7040
14097~14104
14000~14070
21000~21070
21147~21156
28000~28070

Which seems to indicate 9 segments?

Did you add the skimmer callsigns to the Watch list?

Segment I see you posted are :
CenterFreqs192=1891000,3591000,7091000,10191000,14091000,18159000,21091000,
24981000,28091000,50091000

That is 10 center freqs

CwSegments=3500000-3530000,7000000-7040000,10100000-
10130000,14000000-14070000,14097000-14104000,18068000-
18114000,21000000-21070000,21147000-21156000,28000000-28070000

That is 9 segments

RttySegments=3520000-3530000,7030000-7045000,10130000-
10150000,14080000-14096000,14105000-14150000,18090000-
18110000,21080000-21146000,28080000-28148000

That is 8 segments

There should be 10 flags indicate which segments to monitor:

SegmentSel192=0110101010

That is 10 flags, one for each segment in the list. 0 means ignore it, 1
means use it.

So, I think you need to add a 160m segment that is missing:

RttySegments=1800000-1810000,3520000-3530000,7030000-7045000,10130000-
10150000,14080000-14096000,14105000-14150000,18090000-
18110000,21080000-21146000,28080000-28148000

Then the 0 flag in the first position means ignore 160m.

73,
