[Skimmertalk] SDR Failure: usb:control_msg failed

Did you try exiting all software, power down QS1R, power up QS1R, start
VE3NEA software?

SDRMAX and other programs tend to leave the QS1R in a state where VE3NEA's
software can't load the FPGA properly.
