[Skimmertalk] W0MU Skimmer

[W0MU Mike Fatchett]

I tried to enter a calibration number 1.000008 to both the CW Srvr and 
Rttysrvr ini files.  When I do this I get an error message that the RTTY 
skimmer cannont change the lo freq...........??????????????

Has anyone seen this?
