[Skimmertalk] My Skimmer not sending reports to the RBN

Hello Skimmertalk people:

I d/l spectravue, which had the missing dll. now I am decoding

but ... though I have check-mark to send, no reports go out

Aggregator  shows  constant  decoding  of  valid calls. I included one
here.. I see a minus sign after the time.
