[Skimmertalk] ET3AA RBN Node is Back

This morning, the students managing the ET3AA RBN node successfully 
restarted it after a week of frequent power outages. We are taking steps 
to permit it to restart unattended each time power is restored, because 
access to the club shack is very limited by security concerns.

In the meantime, we've already seen some interesting propagation which 
we did not expect, such as PY to ET on 10 meters late at night. What 
have you seen that surprised you?
