[Skimmertalk] ET3AA RBN Node Operational

Yesterday morning at about 1300Z, the ET3AA RBN node became 
operational.  It is using a Clifton Labs active whip and preamp, feeding 
a QS1R.  Thanks again to Yasme Foundation for the funding that made this 
possible, to Ken, K4ZW for delivering the equipment and providing 
on-the-spot support, and to Alex, VE3NEA for donating the CW and RTTY 
Skimmer Server software.
