[Skimmertalk] Dutch roundup of SDRs

An interesting round-up of currently-available SDRs can be seen at 
<http://downloads.dkars.nl/DKARS%20magazine%20201409.pdf>, beginning on 
page 26.  May be mainly valuable for its encyclopedic collection of 
links to manufacturers' sites.  The author offers brief qualitative 
comments on most units, but missed the boat entirely on the QS1R  by 
failing to mention its large FPGA and applications that enables, such as 
Skimmer Server.
