[Skimmertalk] Send Spots to N1MM

On one of my computers I had a firewall issue cause problems even though 
both programs were running on the localhost.

I could access the skimmer using the internal network IP(192.168.10.101) 
but not the localhost designation 127.0.0.1.  It was the way I had 
opened the port in the firewall that happened to be running on that PC.

I would be interested in hearing the problem resolution if your problem 
is resolved.
