[Skimmertalk] software to manage raw data files

I must be missing something here.  The RBN files are just text files, 
right?  If so, shouldn't it be possible to parse them with a text editor 
before entering the pieces separately into EXCEL?  I don't think any of 
the common text editors have a line limit, do they?
