I was under the impression that 60 Meters was for SSB only, but apparently
that changed!  According to
http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Hambands_color.pdf:

Permitted operating modes include upper sideband voice (USB), CW, RTTY,
PSK31 and other digital modes such as PACTOR III as defined by the FCC
Report and Order of November 18, 2011. USB is limited to 2.8 kHz centered
on 5332, 5348, 5358.5, 5373 and 5405 kHz. CW and digital emissions must
be centered 1.5 kHz above the channel frequencies indicated above.

Which would be 5333.5, 5349.5, 5360, 5374.5, 5406.5 for CW, 3 kHz higher
than the indicated Phone "channels" (if I understand the chart right).

Try replacing the following lines in your SkimSrv.ini file (save a backup
copy first).

Watch out for line wrap in this email; use only *one line* for each
keyword=values list.
