[Skimmertalk] hide IP

I am one of those connecting directly to you.  I am sending out your spots 
from my cluster.  If you do not want my users to see your spots, then I will 
disconnect from you.   50 of my 675 local users are receiving skimmer spots 
from my cluster.  The RBN telnet cluster is down at the present time.

Skimmer spots available via telnet at ve7cc.net port 23 and "set/skimmer" to 
enable them
