[Skimmertalk] CW Skimmer to DXKeeper

I've written a small program called SkimmerToDXKeeper that provides a 
bridge between CW Skimmer and DXKeeper, the Logging component of AA6YQ's 
DXLab suite of programs.  When a user clicks on a callsign in CW Skimmer 
this program sends the call to DXKeeper's callsign filter text box.  
This causes DXKeeper to do a callsign lookup for that call.  The call 
will also go to the DXKeeper Capture Window, DXView, PropView, and 
Pathfinder.
