[Skimmertalk] Scheduling Skimmer band and frequency changes

I keep forgetting, for those who want to save skimmer spots for later
analysis the wintelnetx program can create a text log of the activity from a
port. Do setup/add-new/log-file, give it a name, and then when you
'connect' it the file is opened... add a route from whatever port you want
to log and it ends up in the file... disconnect it before trying to copy or
edit the file.
