[Skimmertalk] controlling cwskimmer

Hey folks,

    Is there a way to make skimmer start in "on" mode?  Currently one  
has to actually give a click to the "radio" button on the upper right  
corner.  I'm trying to automate somethings, and, being able to ensure  
that skimmer will run without me having to attend to it would be  
really nice.

	I've poked around the ini file and not seen anything overly obvious,  
but, I only gave it a quick glance..
