I have seen occasional memory runaways in Skimmer - on one occasion, I 
recall it got over 100 megabytes on one of the two processes - but there 
does not seem to be any direct correlation between the amount of CPU 
resources being burned and the amount of memory committed.  Really a puzzle 
- I was thinking that perhaps the program sometimes drops into a loop that 
burns endless CPU cycles until somehow it is disabled, either through 
restarting the program or changing some operating parameter.  The problem 
with this theory is that sometimes it *starts* up in CPU-hog mode.  Puzzling!
