[Skimmertalk] Getting Skimmer to work with an Icom 765pro radio

The Skimmer concept pretty much "blossoms" when it can look at a large band 
segment (as with an SDR radio).  Looking at just the derived audio (3 kHz or 
whatever) which you can already decode with the wetware between your ears 
doesn't strike me as very useful.
