[Skimmertalk] Archive?

This is an interesting question and the answer could clear up a lot. Does anybody have any idea
when the "assisted" category first appeared, in which contest and how was it then defined? So far,
Google searches have yielded no joy. Maybe someone with a good collection of QST's or CQ Magazines
could do a little research for us.

Inquiring minds would like to know.
