| About Xtreme-talk | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
In June 2009, CQ magazine carried the announcement of the new CQWW Xtreme categories, which encourage the integration of Internet and SDR technologies into contesting. Remote receiving sites, multiple transmitting sites, etc., which are not permitted in the traditional categories, are actually encouraged in the Xtreme categories. This mailing list allows potential entrants in the single-human-operator and multiple-operator Xtreme categories to discuss ways of implementing these new technologies, and to ask clarifying questions relative to the rules. Questions may also be directed to Xtreme@cqww.com To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Xtreme-talk Archives. |
