[TenTec] Omni 6 Keyer Fix

I want to pass along an easy fix for a nagging keyer problem on my Omni 6+.  
The keying speed and weighting had become erratic, at first just for a few 
seconds on startup, later all the time. I cleaned the keyer control pot on the 
front panel. Now it works fine.
