[TenTec] Aragonaut 509 - multipler tuning

I'm working on the alignment of an Aragonaut 509.

I'm looking at the manual, page 3-10 which talks about
the 80233 Oscillator board.

The section labeled "Multipler Tuning", I am having a hard time
trying to understand the measurement to be made.


Here is the instruction:

"Set the oscillator to 10 meters and the frequency to 6333 kHz.
Peak both the bottom and top slugs in T1 for 19 MHz."


Where do I measure, or insert, the "injection frequency" of 19 MHz?
