[TenTec] Orion 1 ssb distortion?

Hi all…have a TT Orion 1 that has ssb transmit distortion….noticed there is a 
little coaxial jumper cable that appears to be pinched in the middle going from 
the mic jack to an adjoining board. 
Is this a blocking capacitor or rf choke? 
Got most of the issues resolved with this old rig and would really get it back 
to snuff.
