Your 2.4 KHz filter COULD be bad but most likely the gain select is set for a
CW filter. The optional filter slots have a jumper select for added gain when a
CW filter is enabled, to compensate for insertion loss. If this is enabled for
the 1.8 KHz SSB filter, you will see what you see.
