Mike,

The Eagle as a Stereo jack for the key jack. If you plug in a paddle, it 
recognizes the circuit has tip and ring. When you plug in a keyer, it needs to 
be a mono cord. If your cord from the Winkeyer is stereo it won’t key 
correctly, thinking it’s a paddle. You can use a stereo to mono adapter if 
necessary.
