Guys,
Got the OMNI VII back on six meters the other day and have had reports of
audio distortion. In the past all audio reports were always excellent.
When I put the beam back up forgot the balun and thought that might be it, but
wound about six turns of coax under feedpoint creating a balun and still have
distortion. Do not think I am overdriving it as ALC lights up as I speak. Any
thoughts are appreciated. Thanks, Jim, K4CFA
