Someone filed a Missing Person report with our local cops. Turned out the
missing guy didn't know how to get out of the inside lane of a traffic
circle.
(Kinda like Poor Charlie, who got stuck on the MTA...)

Traffic circles significantly reduce the amount of air polution by keeping
the traffic flowing (in countries where the people are smart enough to know
how to use them). ;-)
