My TT-715 had a similar problem, the original switching wall wart went bad.
When I sent the 715 only to Ten-Tec, they sent a new switching wall wart.

Just to remove one more possibility, please use/try
another 12 volt supply. Perhaps the voltage, while
the load should be light, is dropping over time ...
