No issue with your take, Barry.    It is a great radio.

I just remember all the hoopla and chatter about how terrible it was to 
be discontinued, and how many said they were disappointed because they 
wanted one, but now, less than a year later, none of them want one.
Surely that does not diminish their value in the hands of the skilled 
operator !   ;-)
