Very likely the Tuner was hooked up to the antennas and endured a build
up of wind or snow static charges, which took out the diodes that sense
SWR. Check those for shorts or opens first. Is the antenna(s) coated
in ice? You sure the antennas are intact at the feedpoints? (In high
winds, we often lose the club G5RV connection to one side or the other.)
The weight of the cable choke ferrite is just too much for the flat top
in wind storms.
