[TenTec] Orion not TXing

I need some help.
I have an Orion, 565.  Turned it on today and RX working FB.  When I 
tried to transmit, no power out, ALC light or meter movement while 
transmitting.
I can RX on any band, the voice recorder works and I can hear it when I 
key with mic or send 1,2,&3
I get the same problem on A and B VFO's  all controls work and function 
as they should............but I am not getting any power out or 
indication of power out.  The SWR reads 1.01 when I try to TX.
Any ideas?
