Win-Eqf allows the use of two radios. The problem, if any, is in the setting of the ComPorts and the selection of the DTR/RTS modes. Check "Device Manager" for the ComPorts and make sure you have selected the right ones. RTS/DTR is OFF on both radios. Obviously you will need two serial ports or USB adapter cables to the RS-232 on the rear. My money is on the comports.
