[TenTec] Bounced from list?

I got an email (presumably from the list administrator) saying

"Your membership in the mailing list TenTec has been disabled due to
excessive bounces The last bounce received from you was dated
09-Apr-2014.  You will not get any more messages from this list until
you re-enable your membership.  You will receive 3 more reminders like
this before your membership in the list is deleted."

I did NOT send anything to the list on 09-Apr-2014, so is this a scam or has my 
email list been hijacked?

Been a member for years and years and would ask that you keep me as a member.
