You forgot to mention that you also spend time
helping owners troubleshoot little issues that
pop up from time to time.   Research shows that
a 2 minute phone call is, in fact, a 5 minute
interruption or loss of productivity.  It takes
a little time after any distraction to get back
to where you were before.
