My wife, Merri AB0MV, wanted to use a hand-held switch instead of VOX
and was initially holding and squeezing a Heil footswitch, so I made
her one using a momentary pushbutton mounted in a plastic 35mm film
can.  I know, no one uses film now but a plastic pillbottle would also
work.
