quality, for non-existent customer support, and for stealing other 
companies' designs (compare some of their older products to Mackie and 
Aphex, for example). One of my colleagues was working at Mackie when 
they could not buy their own custom OEM faders because Behringer had 
bought out the vendor's stock, and Behringer had even copied the 
mistakes on the circuit boards.
