Glad you got the issue resolved and all is now well.

The suggestion, based on the original description, was that two or more bandpass filters were activated at the same time. Troubleshooting approach suggested; check the diodes, in circuit, on the BPF board with a VOM.

The low transmit power on AM & FM 40 meters wad due to a bad Zener Diode
on the A1 low pass board. The schematic shows it marked D-15 . I now have
full output.
