[TenTec] ORION 565 v 3.025 Observation

I've noticed something unusual on version 3 with my Orion 565. When 
using the stock sub receiver, it's almost impossible to find "zero beat" 
when tuned to an AM station
while in the SSB modes. When using previous versions of the firmware, it 
is easy to hear the "swishing" or "chuffing" sound when approaching zero 
beat while in either the USB or LSB modes. With version 3, that sound is 
simply not there. I've noticed this on WWV as well as with shortwave 
broadcast stations. I sometimes use the USB or LSB modes on AM signals 
to eliminate interference. I also use WWV this way to check the receiver 
calibration.
Has anyone else noticed this?
