OK...

Will YOU take back my TenTec Prolific-based 916 cable and exchange it 
for a Model 917 cable ?   I cannot get the current drivers to recognize 
work on my Win 7 64-bit systems.  I turned to a couple of $5 ones off 
eBay, which load up first-time-every-time... to coin a phrase...
Do I need a RMA for this ...?       ;-)
