[TenTec] WANTED: 1315 QRP manual

Looking for a copy or "pdf" file of the assembly and operating manual for 
the TT 1315 transceiver. I just acquired it last night. Does anyone know 
where I can get some nice looking front panel knobs in addition to the 
standard TT knobs? What is the size fo the main PTO, volume and RIT shafts 
(1/4")? Thanks. The rig did not have any front panel knobs.
