[TenTec] Manual needed: 2510 and 2510B

They're not on the Ten Tec site, W7FG doesn't have them, 
and I am waiting to hear back from W4QCF. I have a note 
on the AMSAT-BB, but haven't heard.

Willing to pay reasonable copying and postage charges.
