Presumptions:   I make a fan dipole.    I get the elements and
                        their ends only a foot or so apart from the
                        other elements, respectively.

Question:       So...   Do they couple / interact in a capacitive or
                        inductive sense?   Or... do they couple / interact
                        in some other electromagnetic sense?
