That can happen... after about fifteen years of ownership I decided it was
time to move on rig wise so I sold my original owner Argosy. Needless to
say,
it wasn't too long until I started kicking myself (so to speak.) A few years
later I was at a hamfest in Tulsa. A friend of mine who knew that I was a
Ten-Tec aficionado told me "there's a nice looking Argosy on a table a few
rows over."
I went over to take a look, and I'm guessing someone would have liked to
have
had a picture of the expression on my face when I turned it around and
recognized the serial number. I looked up: "Oh, hi, Glen!" (the guy I'd sold
it to.)
Needless to say, it came back home with me and probably won't be sold again
until it's through my estate....
