Hi,
It is R3 on the mixer board and it affects 10, 21 and 28 Mhz bands.
See page 3-7 of the Corsair II manual. Suggest you redo the set up procedure to exercise the pot.

Subject: [TenTec] PTO Rebuild or not

The warble on my Corsair II was only on certain bands. If I remember
right, the offending pot on my Corsair II was the pot which supplied a
preset voltage to the varicap which in turn provided an extra
capacitance for the frequency offset on the PTO.

The offset is only on some of the bands - can't remember which ones -
and it was this feature which enabled one of the contributors to this
forum to spot the source of the problem. At the time I solved it with a
squirt of switch cleaner but the problem returned so I plucked up
courage and replaced the pot.

I hope there are other contributors who have better memories than I do
and can supply more detailed information!
