[TenTec] Removing AF/Pot Corsair II

I am trying to replace an AF/Pot on a Corsair II.   I have taken off the bottom 
cover of the radio and the front knob.  I can't figure out how to remove the 
old pot from the front of the radio without doing some damage.  Any information 
would be appreciated.
