[TenTec] New Ten Tec qrp rig

TenTec's site now has their new duo-band new qrp rig on it. It was
stated earlier by some at Dayton that it is being built by someone
else and marketed by TenTec.

It appears to be the HB-1A from China that is a 3-band rig (20/30/40)
from the designer (Yimin) there. Interesting. Wonder why two instead
of three bands?
