Well thanks to all who replied with quick ideas for fixes . We found out that the problem went away after I took the xtra 4 amp draw from my palstar antenna tuner which was also hooked to the supply along with the Orion II . I hooked up the auto tuner to a separate supply and the problem was taken care of . thanks to all who responded .
