Gosh, and all along I thought that TenTec folks worked longer days to get

A call to Ten Tec was placed and in 4 short days a new fan was at my
door step.
Even if the other manufacturers would bring their customer service up to
Ten-Tec levels, Ten- Tec would still have the edge, because only they
are able to shorten the days.
